I agree with just about everything.<br /><br />This is what I do just about everyday, if I may add a few things to this:<br /><br />After morning practice: 4 Hard boiled eggs, 2 Big glasses of 2% Milk, and a couple rolls of lunch meat, usually turkey.<br /><br />10am snack: 2 cutie oranges<br /><br />lunch: Either turkey sandwich with Salad, Fish, rice, pasta, and another 2 glasses of chocolate milk. Some sort of combo of that.<br /><br />3pm snack. 2 cutie oranges and a granola bar.<br /><br />dinner: Same as lunch menu adding a couple bowls of cereal.<br /><br />10pm snack, 2 cutie oranges and trali mix.<br /><br />Add 4-5 water bottles each day.<br /><br />That is a typical day, and since i have been on that menu, running has never been better. add a MINUMUM of 8 hours of sleep, and you are set to go!<br /><br />SteveoSteveohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05327587431165528971noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5849149741135522402.post-10228668695550376502012-02-06T21:04:09.231-07:002012-02-06T21:04:09.231-07:00Hey Sep it's Bacon what kind of lunch meats ar...Hey Sep it's Bacon what kind of lunch meats are good and what kind are bad so I can tell my mom which she should buy.
