Hey, Derek an i got 1st place in our race, with a 20:30. But we took it really slow and the course has changed form last year and its way confusing
It was ok coach. I had Kendall Waite so that was a lot of fun. 24:14 might be a new PR. I can't wait for Cherry Creek to see what I can do in a 5k this year. Oh and by the way we have two new caoches, both extremly well qualified I might say.
