Sleep

Hopefully everyone got a good night's sleep last night. I will talk about this more at practice, but consistent sleep is key to fast racing. You might be a little nervous the night before your race and get only a few hours of fitful sleep. That is OK, as long as you have been sleeping well for a few weeks before your competition. So, start now, budget your time, and make sure to recharge those cells as well as you can!
