Best Red Rocks in Two Years!
The title says it all, this was the most productive Red Rocks training session we have had in two years. All the men made it to the top, Alex even went back down the ladder to get a total of 489 total steps. The women all did better than they have previously, with all of them getting over 210 steps. We even did jailbreaks afterwards, and everyone did very well at those. It doesn't need to be spelled out, but great job yesterday! Red Rocks is a workout that build explosive muscle, combining steep hill work and speed.
