I have a little bit of homework for y'all over winter break. The first thing I want you to is to think and then put down on "paper", your goals for the spring track season. I have embedded the survey right here on the blog, so you can just fill it in electronically when you have thought about them. Please have this taken care of in the next few days. You can look up your old results on milesplit.com, or you can come up with goals that are based on your present fitness. If you are not sure as to what you should be shooting for, I can help you out over email/text/twitter no problem.
